Lavender Gin Sour

The Lavender Gin Sour is a floral twist on the classic gin sour. The floral notes of butterfly pea flowers in our Purple Rain Gin perfectly complement the lavender syrup in this cocktail. Adding egg white gives the drink a luscious, frothy texture that enhances every sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Purple Rain Gin
  • ½ oz Lavender syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Cocktail Companion - Lemon Wheel (garnish)

Steps

  • Add PURPLE RAIN GIN, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg white into shaker.
  • Cap shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Add ice and shake for another for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into a rock glass.
  • Add a Cocktail Companion Lemon Wheel for garnish, and enjoy!
