Ingredients

  • 1 OZ PURPLE RAIN GIN
  • ¾ oz Lavender syrup
  • ¾ oz Lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine
  • Cocktail Companion Lemon Wheel for garnish

Steps

  • Add PURPLE RAIN GIN, lemon juice and lavender syrup to a shaker with ice.
  • Add ice to the shaker, cap it and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Add a Cocktail Companion Lemon Wheel for garnish, and enjoy!
