This one-night event is a celebration of authenticity, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of authentic flavour, featuring three standout whiskies that reflect the values on which Durham Distillery was built.

Guests will enjoy a curated tasting and an insider conversation on what it takes to do whisky right in Canada today. From grain to glass, Chris and his guest will share stories, lessons, and a few surprises as they dig into the process, philosophy, and promise of whisky that’s worth the wait.
