Join us for an intimate, one-hour guided tasting that combines two Ontario craft distilleries rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of great whisky. This one-night event will spotlight three standout whiskies from Last Straw Distillery, each selected for its character, story, and commitment to doing things correctly.
Guests will enjoy a curated tasting and gain insider access to a live Q&A session with Don DiMonte and Chris, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the art, science, and spirit behind Canadian whisky.
This is a spirited event, participants must be 19+. We strongly discourage driving to the distillery to ensure everyone’s safety.
