Flightless Bird

Crafted with our Apple Pie Moonshine, this cocktail soars with fresh apple juice, a hint of orgeat’s sweet and nutty flavour, a squeeze of bright lime, and the unexpected tang of muddled kiwi fruit. The result is a refreshing, orchard-inspired sipper that blends familiar comforts with an adventurous twist showcasing real, all-natural ingredients in every layer.
Steps
- Add whole kiwi to a shaker and muddle well
- Add Apple Pie Moonshine, apple juice, orgeat syrup and lime juice to the shaker
- Add ice to the shaker, cap it and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Add a kiwi slice for garnish, and enjoy!
