This cocktail is our version of the refreshing White Linen. This sparkling and fresh drink will quickly become your go-to for summer. Our London Calling Dry Gin adds a floral, botanical flavour profile, which pairs beautifully with fresh cucumber and elderflower syrup, resulting in a pleasant, effervescent sip.

Ingredients

1 ½ OZ LONDON CALLING DRY GIN
1 oz Lemon juice
½ oz Elderflower syrup
2 oz Soda water
5 Slices Cucumber (garnish)

Steps

Add four cucumber slices to the small side of a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add LONDON CALLING DRY GIN, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup into the shaker.
Add ice to the shaker, cap it and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the shaker into a highball glass full of ice.
Top with soda water.
Add a cucumber slice for garnish, and enjoy!
