Join us for an intimate, one-hour guided tasting that explores the artistry and future of Canadian whisky through the eyes of Durham Distillery’s co-founder and Head Distiller, Chris Ferg,  joined by special guest Davin de Kergommeaux.

Davin is a drinks writer, public speaker and spirits judge, recognized as the world expert on Canadian whisky. The author of four books, he has travelled to four continents to visit spirits producers and distilleries, and make presentations about Canadian spirits.

Together, Davin and Chris will guide guests through three standout whiskies currently shaping the market in a celebration of authenticity in Canadian whisky-making. They’ll share insider perspectives on what it takes to make whisky right in Canada today, from grain to glass, weaving in stories, lessons, and a few surprises along the way as they unpack the process, philosophy, and promise of whisky that’s worth the wait.
