Ingredients

1 OZ PURPLE RAIN GIN
¾ oz Lavender syrup
¾ oz Lemon juice
Sparkling wine
Cocktail Companion Lemon Wheel for garnish

Steps

Add PURPLE RAIN GIN, lemon juice and lavender syrup to a shaker with ice.
Add ice to the shaker, cap it and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Top with sparkling wine.
