Steps
- Add Canadian 100% Rye Whisky, maple syrup, lemon juice, egg white and aromatic bitters to a shaker
- Dry shake the cocktail with no ice for 30 seconds
- Add ice and shake for another10-15 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice
- Pour red wine over the back of your bar spoon to layer on the cocktail
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry and enjoy!
